Do I need an account?+
You can pick a file right away, but you need a free account to start transcribing so your transcripts have somewhere to live.
Which formats are supported?+
Any common audio or video file: MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC, OGG, MP4, MOV, WEBM, MKV and more. We extract the audio from video automatically.
How accurate is it?+
On clear recordings expect accuracy comparable to leading transcription services. Background noise, crosstalk and heavy accents reduce it, as they do everywhere.
Is speaker identification included?+
Speaker identification runs on demand and is included on paid plans. Free accounts get full transcripts with timestamps.
How big can a file be?+
Up to 500 MB and 30 minutes per file on Free, 5 GB and up to 600 minutes on paid plans. Uploads resume automatically if your connection drops.
